INSNET, LLC was founded by Jack Gillis and Dennis Dobecki.  Jack served as an x-ray technician in the United States Air Force.  After his service was completed he worked in hospitals around the country and for a homecare supply company in Maine.  In 1985 he started Insurance Negotiating Service as a consultant to help insurance companies save money on health claims. INS has helped some of the largest insurance companies and Third Party Administrators in the country save millions of dollars. Dennis got his start as a property / casualty insurance adjustor, where he learned and honed his negotiating skills.  He started negotiating medical claims for Insurance Negotiating Service in 1991.
